China trade mark flowcharts updated
|
 For the past 12 months, the China Team has been working on flowcharts on the PRC trade mark prosecution and opposition procedures, cancellation proceeding and civil litigation.
|
|
As the amendments to the PRC Trademark Law will take effect on 1st May 2014, the China Team further updated the flowcharts to reflect the changes of the new Trademark Law.We hope the flowcharts outlining the various workflows will be useful for members who are not Chinese practitioners to understand the overall trade mark procedures in China.
