In a new initiative designed to improve compliance with office practice and help avoid deficiencies, thereby accelerating examination, the team can assist users both before and during the application process. The service is available in the Office’s five working languages. More information on the guidance on the online application process for formalities and classification, as well as contact details, are available on the relevant webpage. Users should note that the service does not aim to provide any legal advice as to the scope of a particular term for goods and services or on similarity between terms. Nor is it a pre-clearance examination service!
