The new edition cites almost 1,000 representative decisions form over 265 WIPO panellists across some 100 issues – twice as many as the second edition, which was published in 2011.
WIPO has so far processed over 37,000 UDRP-based cases involving parties from 178 countries and decided in 21 languages by nearly 500 WIPO experts. The Overview is available to read on the WIPO website. Separately, WIPO announced that as of June 1 it is administering cases under the policy for the .eu domain. More information about WIPO domain name dispute resolution is available on the dedicated website.
