Joint OECD/EUIPO Reports on counterfeiting and piracy launched at International IP Enforcement Summit in Berlin

 

Third edition of Overview of WIPO Panel Views on Selected UDRP Questions


The joint OECD/EUIPO report "Mapping the Real Routes of Trade in Fake Goods" and joint EUIPO/Europol 2017 Situation Report "Counterfeiting and Piracy in the European Union" were launched during the International IP Enforcement Summit on 22nd June

 

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has published a new edition of its overview of WIPO UDRP jurisprudence

The new edition cites almost 1,000 representative decisions form over 265 WIPO panellists across some 100 issues – twice as many as the second edition, which was published in 2011.

WIPO has so far processed over 37,000 UDRP-based cases involving parties from 178 countries and decided in 21 languages by nearly 500 WIPO experts.

The Overview is available to read on the WIPO website.

Separately, WIPO announced that as of June 1 it is administering cases under the policy for the .eu domain.
