Ongoing: Madrid System Webinars – practical information on topics related to filing an international application and managing your international trade mark registration. Recent webinars include: An Overview of the Legal Aspects of the Madrid System, Filing e-Services and Tools and Completing Official Form MM2. Webinars are held in various languages. New: Contact Madrid

WIPO reports that it has expanded Madrid System customer support with the all-new Contact Madrid online communication service. Now you can transmit questions, notifications and documents directly to WIPO, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Starting 1st November 2017, the Contact Madrid online service will replace email (intreg.mail@wipo.int) as the preferred and most effective way to connect with WIPO’s customer service team. Madrid processing team email accounts (such as madrid.team1@wipo.int) will also be discontinued as of 1st December 2017.
