The Copyright Team are continuing to monitor developments on EU copyright reform. On June 20, the European Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee voted in favour of the draft directive by 14 votes to 9. At the same meeting, the Committee discussed 3D printing and IP rights, and heard from the candidates to be the new EUIPO Executive Director.
