MARQUES invites you to a one-day seminar entitled "IP Legal Updates in China" which takes place at The Westin Beijing on Saturday 25 November 2017. It is organised in cooperation with China Trademark Association (CTA) - click here for further information on the CTA.

The IP Legal Updates in China will include presentations by eminent Judges from Chinese Courts, distinguished speakers from China Trademark Office (CTMO), the Trademark Examination Cooperation Center and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB), as well as experienced IP specialists and in-house counsels operating in China. They will discuss a wide range of topics, including the state of play of Chinese trade mark law, the review of administrative and judicial cases, brand protection strategies and practical aspects of trade mark procedures.

There will also be time allocated for Judges, and Speakers from Trademark Authorities to take questions from the audience.
