MARQUES, the European Association of Trade Mark Owners invites you to the meet with the Serbian judges that regularly render judgments in trade mark matters.

MARQUES is proud to bring to its members a continuing programme of meetings with Judges which were established to promote knowledge and understanding of trade mark law and practice in individual jurisdictions throughout Europe.

The judges will give lectures on the main substantive and procedural aspects of international and national trade marks. There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to the judges.

The seminar will be conducted in Serbian.
