Mexico deposited its instrument of accession to the Geneva Act with WIPO on 2 March 2020 and the country became the 64th member of the 1999 Geneva Act and 74th member of The Hague Union. This means that from June 6 applicants can designate Mexico in an international design application filed with WIPO or the home office. Read more in this post by Victor Garrido on the Class 99 blog.
