WIPO to host virtual GI exhibition
|
WIPO will host a virtual exhibition as part of the Worldwide Symposium on Geographical Indications next month
|
The Symposium takes place form 6 to 8 September and the exhibition will run until 6 March 2022. The exhibition will enable visitors to learn about geographical indications and WIPO's work including the Lisbon System for the International Registration of Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications. It will also include examples of geographical indications for different types of products from WIPO Member States, illustrating how they work in practice. It will be hosted on WIPO's website in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish. Find out more on the Worldwide Symposium page or by emailing gi.symposium@wipo.int.
