Find out more about the 2022 Annual Conference in Madrid, Luxury Brands Symposium in Florence, webinar on Chinese IP and Corporate Focus Group Meetings Annual Conference There are nearly 800 people from 80 countries already registered for the 36th Annual Conference, which takes place from 20 to 23 September this year. To find out more about the programme and network activities and to register, please visit the dedicated website. Don’t leave it too late! Luxury Brands Symposium The fourth Luxury Brands Symposium will be held on 20 and 21 October at the Grand Hotel Baglioni. Specialist speakers will cover topics including cross-over collaboration, sustainability and upcycling, and the Metaverse. This prestigious event is likely to be very popular. Registration is now open and more information is available here. Webinar The MARQUES China Team will host a webinar on Chinese IP and trade mark updates on 14 October 2022. Further details about the webinar, and how to register, will be available soon. Corporate Focus Group MARQUES corporate members are invited to join the meetings of the Corporate Focus Group. There will be an in-person meeting at the Annual Conference on 22 September and a webinar on 17 November. Further details will be sent to corporate members directly by email.

The response to the call for views on reviewing the designs framework in the UK was published on 12 July. The government received 57 responses, including one from MARQUES
