The new website includes a variety of new features and tools and has been developed with the input of OHIM staff and users.
It is designed to improve the accessibility of trade mark and design protection, by providing clear and practical information on how to register and the benefits of doing so.
The site has a new navigation system, with a user area dashboard and reinforced e-communication for all types of proceedings at the Office.
There is a single search tool for all CTM, RCD and related processes, and a separate search tool for case law.
Registered users can create sub-accounts in the user area, which also offers increased security. A timeline graphic enables users to track the process of applications.
MARQUES members are invited to provide feedback and in put on the changes. These will be passed on to OHIM through the appropriate channels. To provide feedback, send an email to info@marques.org with the subject: OHIM Website Feedback
