UK IPO: Updated information regarding trade marks to reflect introduction of the Trade Marks Rules 2008
Following the introduction of the Trade Marks Rules 2008 on 1 October 2008, the UK IPO has updated its literature and website content regarding trade marks to reflect the new legislation.
