By Singapore Notification No. 15, 'Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks', we learn most gratifyingly of the deposit last week, by the Republic of Estonia, of its instrument of ratification of the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, This Treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of Estonia, on 14 August 2009, bringing to 13 the number of countries now ready to put the Singapore Treat into place.
