UKIPO: New on-line TM3 form launches on 7 April 2008

-choice of standard or fast track trade marks examination
-Attorney and applicant name and address look-up (provided you have the ADP number)
-option to copy over goods and/or services from another application
-e-filing receipt including full details of specifications will be issued from 17 March."
