OHIM: Latest Issue of Alicante News
The latest issue (No. 11 of 2009) of Alicante News, the OHIM's monthly newsletter, has now been published. The November edition's country overview focuses on Latvia & the CTM. The subject of James Nurton's in-depth interview is Italian lawyer Gabriel Cuonzo. There is the usual selection of case law from the Office itself, the ECJ and from the Court of First Instance. The newsletter also contains information on "what is happending on the Trade Mark and Design Register", tells us about OHIM's man in China: the role of OHIM’s IP attaché in Beijing and includes monthly statistical highlights October 2009.
