Spain - … and case law freely available for all!.
The Spanish Patents and Trade Marks Office (SPTO) announces that it now provides free on-line access to a Spanish case law database.
The said database contains Court decisions related to Intellectual Property litigation from 2,007 on (which basically means that a pretty good number of relevant cases will not be there, I'm afraid), and will span criminal, civil and contentious-administrative cases from first instance to cassational decisions by the Supreme Court.
For those who are eager to experiment the thrill of this new search engine, simply click here.
