BOIP celebrated 40th anniversary... last Thursday
Heavy litigation is bad for blogging and even worse for attending celebrations: last Thursday - see the BOIP report here - I missed the seminar and reception organised by the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) to celebrate its 40th anniversary. On behalf of the whole Class46 team cordial congratulations for the BOIP and its staff: three cheers! And foremost my sincere apologies for this late posting. At the seminar the anniversary publication 'In Varietate Concordia?' was presented to Annick Mottet Haugaard (ECTA) and Tom Heremans (BMM). It contains articles dealing with the coexistence of national and Community trademarks. Nice present! Let's hope BOIP has some left.
