Written grounds of Irish cases: where are they?
Can any reader inform Class 46 as to what the problem is? It only takes a moment to post the written grounds of a decision on the appropriate page and they don't take up so much space that storage should be a major issue. Posted by: Blog Administrator @ 05.49

Written grounds of Irish cases: where are they?
The written grounds page of the website of the Irish Patents Office features the following statement:
"The Patents Office makes available the Written Grounds of decisions in Inter-partes hearings relating to trade marks. As the written grounds become available, the texts will be added to this page".The most recent case posted on this site dates back to 20 July 2007 (the easyMoves case) and I know that there have been cases since, because they are mentioned on various commercial online services and I have the copies of some of them myself.
