As from today, the Croatian IP Office no longer issues official filing certificates for trade mark and design applications. The IPO will still assign an application number and filing date on receipt of an application, which will be sent to the applicant upon the Examiner’s review of the application and will be included in Examiner’s first correspondence to the applicant concerning the application.
