There are still a few places left at this week's annual Question the Trade Mark Judges event at UCL in London, and a new judge has just been added. The event takes place this Wednesday evening (18th October) and the panel now comprises:

• The Right Honourable Sir John Mummery (former High Court judge, former Lord Justice of Appeal (Court of Appeal judge))
• Amanda Michaels (Appointed Person, hearing appeals from the UKIPO; Recorder and Deputy Enterprise Judge in the UK Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, which is part of the High Court focusing on IP cases)
• David Keeling (Former Member of the EUIPO Boards of Appeal, also co-editor of a leading English law text book Kerly's Law of Trade Marks and Trade Names)
• Camille Lignières (Judge at the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris, President of a three-judge panel and specialised in EU and national trademarks
