EUIPO survey on eSearch Case Law Tool
Class 46 readers might be interested in responding to EUIPO’s survey on improving the eSearch Case Law tool.
The survey is open until Friday 18 March and you can respond here.
The tool enables you to search decisions of the EUIPO and judgments of the EU General court, Court of Justice of the EU and national courts.
EUIPO says:
The goal of this survey is to collect feedback from internal and external users to better understand their needs and their use of the tool. Your contribution is, therefore, essential to the success of this project.
The responses to this survey are anonymous, unless you choose to provide your contact details for follow up purposes (applicable only to participants from national IP offices and national courts). In either case, the data collected will be reported only in the aggregate.
