Book now: Meet the Judges in Munich
The next MARQUES Meet the Judges event will be held in Munich on Friday 24 November.
The one-day conference is held in association with MARKENVERBAND and the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA, pictured right). It will feature specialist IP judges alongside experienced trade mark practitioners.
Topics covered will include likelihood of confusion, forfeiture, opposition, preliminary injunctions, well-known marks and the Louboutin judgment of the CJEU.
The conference will be conducted in German and registration is €475. It starts at 08.45 and finishes at 17.30.
