80% tax exemption on IP revenues in Luxembourg
On 19 December 2007, the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies passed Bill n°5801, which provides for important tax exemption on certain IP rights.
Article 1(3) of the text sets a 80% tax exemption on the net revenues derived from patents, trade marks, designs and copyright in software programs.
