Poland: some simplified seizures stats
The simple rate of exchange service provided by Google will inform Class 46 readers that the total costs of goods seized for first two quarters of 2008 comes to around 2.3 million Euros. Class 46 has previously reported recent judgment of the Polish Supreme Court in which the Court considered the question whether acts of purchasing counterfeit goods should be deemed as fencing.
