More time given for revalidation of Serbian IP rights
From Balkan-based IP practice SD Petosevic comes news that the Decree on Amending the Decree on Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement in Montenegro was adopted at the end of October. This provision extends the term for the revalidation of Serbian intellectual property rights in Montenegro for a further six months. The new deadline is 28 May 2009 -- one year after the IPO in Montenegro became operational.
