WIPO: t-mobiletv.mobi goes to T-Mobile
The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has ruled that the t-mobiletv.mobi domain name should be transferred to Deutsche Telekom AG of Germany. Adam Taylor, acting as sole panellist, has decided that the respondent, Piotr Rusinowski of Poland, had no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name and that he had registered the domain name primarily for the purpose of selling, renting, or otherwise transferring the domain name to the Deutsche Telekom AG.
Deutsche Telekom AG v Piotr Rusinowski, Case No. D2007-1707, from 23 January 2008.
