Licences for famous marks: a request for comments
In a blogpost earlier this week, "What to make of a licence for a famous trade mark?", Dr Neil J. Wllkof, author of the Sweet & Maxwell book, Trade Mark Licensing, asks what precisely is the conceptual basis upon which famous marks are licensed.
