Court of Justice says no" to Storck's chocolate mouse
This morning, in Case C-96/11 P August Storck v OHIM, the Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed Storck's appeal against the General Court's dismissal of an earlier appeal against OHIM's refusal to register the three-dimensional shape of a chocolate mouse as a Community trade mark.

Court of Justice says no" to Storck's chocolate mouse
This morning, in Case C-96/11 P August Storck v OHIM, the Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed Storck's appeal against the General Court's dismissal of an earlier appeal against OHIM's refusal to register the three-dimensional shape of a chocolate mouse as a Community trade mark.
At present the judgment is available only in French and German.
Class 46 looks forward to providing further information concerning this case in due course.
