Greece: Seminar on Greek and Community Trade Mark registration systems
The Greek Trade Mark Office's web site features an announcement of a seminar on the Greek and Community Trade Mark registration systems. The seminar is to take place on 16th September 2015 (so Vienna conference attendees will be unlucky or, perhaps, it is the other way around), 18.00 at the ceremonies room of the Athens Bar Association (60 Akadimias Street), in Athens (admission is free).
The seminar will look into aspects of the co-existence, similarities and differences of the two systems, so it sounds educational enough, not to mention that the panel of speakers includes Theofilos Margellos, President of the Boards of Appeal of OHIM, which promises to provide participants with a good insight on the CTM dispute resolution system.
This blogger will unfortunately miss the event, but hopes it is well attended.
