UKIPO: July edition of IP Insight
The lastest issue of the UK IPO's newsletter IP Insight has now been published and can be accessed by clicking here.
The July edition of the newsletter discusses the UK IPO's recent changes concerning trade mark examination (after the abolition of ex-officio refusals on relative grounds) in "A year of marked change". The newsletter also explains that "...if you want full value from your intellectual property" you should "Get Your House In Order". In its Q&A section, the UK IPO answers the question "What is the Madrid system?" in the most concise manner.
