WIPO webinars on resolving licensing disputes
The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center is holding two webinars on Thursday 7 May.
The topic of the webinars is: “How WIPO Mediation and Arbitration Can Help You Resolve Your Licensing Disputes”.
Both webinars are in English. The first one will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 CET and the second one from 17:00 to 18:00 CET.
WIPO states:
‘Like in any other business transaction, disputes may have an important impact on the licensing of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyright, software). Efficient dispute avoidance and resolution practices are key to reducing such impact.
In these webinars, you will learn how to benefit from WIPO mediation and arbitration options to resolve your licensing disputes, without the need for court litigation.’
Find out more about the webinars and register on WIPO’s dedicated page.
While WIPO has moved to working from home for most staff, the Arbitration and Mediation Center continues to work mostly as normal. Its UDRP and related ccTLD capacity remains unchanged, and it continues to process cases.
