Coexistence agreement webinar on 2 June
A webinar on coexistence agreements aimed at young IP practitioners will be held on 2 June 2021 from 16.00 to 17.30 CEST.
Like previous coexistence agreement workshops, the webinar will follow an interactive format based on a case study involving two brands.
Participants will discuss the general principles of coexistence agreements and apply them to the case study.
The webinar will be led by Claire Lehr (Vice-Chair of the MARQUES Programming Team) of Edwin Coe LLP and Mark Hodgin (Member of MARQUES Council) of Mondelēz International. Participants will be able to learn about and compare approaches to negotiating agreements, drawing on expertise from different sectors and jurisdictions.
Registration is €100 (MARQUES members) or €135 (non-members) and can be made online.
Please share the webinar details with any colleagues, particularly young practitioners, who might benefit from joining.
