Poland, Singapore and trade marks

Trety explanationThe Act of 30 May 2008 on the ratification of the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, adopted in Singapore on 27 March 2008, was published in Dziennik Ustaw (Journal of Laws) of 25 July 2008, no 133, pos. 842. This Act will enter into force on the territory of the Republic of Poland on 9 August 2008.
