Bosnia-Herzegovina signs up for Hague
By Hague Notification No. 91 the World Intellectual Property Organization has announced the deposit by the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina of its instrument of accession to the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs. The Geneva Act enters into force in respect of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 24 December 2008. Given the increasing degree of overlap between design protection and trade mark registration, Class 46 proposes to inform its readers of relevant design law developments in addition to those involving trade marks.
