By Singapore Notification No. 10 WIPO informs Class 46 of the deposit by the Government of the Republic of Moldova, on 16 December 2008, of its instrument of ratification of the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks. The date of entry into force of the Treaty is 16 March 2009, following the accession of Australia.
