Turkey changes frequency of publication of Designs Bulletin
The Turkish Patent Institute (TPI) has very recently announced an important change relating to its practice regarding the publication of trade marks. This was mentioned on the Class 46 weblog here. We have now learned that the TPI has made similar changes with regard to design registrations.
In short, the Turkish Designs Bulletin has been published once in a month. However, with effect from February 2016, design bulletins will be published twice a month, on the 9th and 24th days.. You have been warned!
