US Hague ratification one stage nearer
Thanks to Professor Graeme Dinwoodie and Damon Neagle of DesignIP for drawing our attention to the fact that S. 3486 / Patent Law Treaties Implementation Act (which has the implementing legislation US accession to the Geneva Act of the Hague Convention) passed through the Senate last week - it will now await the pleasure of the House, presumably when the dust has settled on the forthcoming election in those parts.
