TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking is a contract therefore you are liable for delegate fees regardless of attendance.
Once booked fees are not refundable unless a written cancellation is received at least two weeks before the event (Thursday 24th October 2019). In all cases, 25% of the fees will be charged to cover administrative expenses.
Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time.
Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the published programme, MARQUES reserves the right to make changes at anytime.
In the event of cancellation by MARQUES, liability will be limited to the return of fees actually paid.
