This raises questions about the risk of green washing and this session will explore the legal background, provide some general guidelines and discuss the case law. We will also examine the limits of exhaustion and the legal reasons why luxury brands can oppose further sales. |

We will focus on the legal aspects that are relevant for the enforcement of luxury brands and how to achieve commercial success. |
