Guide - Who is behind the mask

Alessandra Dimaggio of Novagraaf/France and Olav Schmutzer of Legaltree/Netherlands recently prepared Annex no. 3 that provides summaries of several 2012-2015 EU decisions on look-alike cases after Alessandra Romeo of Buzzi, Notaro & Antonielli d'Oulx/Italy and Andreas Lubberger of Lubberger Lehment/Germany had created this Guide in 2010, which defines look-alike products and provides information on how brand owners can best defend and enforce their rights against such products.
