In 2003, he completed his Master of Law degree at Fordham Law School in New York and he graduated in law at the University of Munich (First State Examination 1999) and the State of Bavaria (Second State Examination 2001) and was admitted to the Munich bar in 2004. Franz is a member of GRUR, admitted to the bar in Germany and the United States (State of New York) and is fluent in German and English.
