Gregor Vos is a partner with the specialized IP firm Brinkhof. He was admitted to the bar in 1994 and practices IP ever since. Gregor is an all-round IP lawyer with a practice emphasis on trademarks, product design and advertising. He has litigated in a large number of important trademark matters, both in the Netherlands and before the European institutions such as the EUIPO and CJEU. Further, Gregor acts as a panelist for WIPO in domain name conflicts.

Claire Lehr is a UK qualified lawyer and Partner at Edwin Coe. She advises on all aspects of trade mark and design portfolio management and brand protection. Ingrid was the in-house IP counsel for the second-largest confectionery manufacturer in Europe (Perfetti Van Melle Holding B.V) for some 15 years. In 2003 she started her own business NOMILEX a.i. management for IP-counsel within the Industry. Early in 2003 Ingrid was appointed to the post of MARQUES Internal Relations Officer to further expand its role in shaping IP in Europe. Currently she is responsible for all internal matters within MARQUES. She sees the MARQUES Organisation as an important tool in achieving that purpose.

Claus is a partner of Bardehle Pagenberg, Munich, practising in all aspects of intellectual property since 1993 with a focus on trademark prosecution, clearance and enforcement as well as unfair competition, design, copyright and internet-domain issues. Jesse Hofhuis is and has been a trademarks litigator ever since 2002, practicing in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He has a long track record of representing the interests of leading TM proprietors. In 2012, Jesse was one of the founders of soft IP boutique Hofhuis Alkema Groen. He and his firm are often sought for fundamental questions in soft IP, including several preliminary ruling proceedings before the ECJ.
Keri Johnston is the Managing Partner of the boutique IP law firm Johnston Law. She has represented parties in contentious multi-jurisdictional issues (patents, trade-marks, passing off, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, contractual IP rights); and managed international and national IP portfolios. She is currently the Vice Chair of the MARQUES Geographical Indications Team.

Zorana started her career working for the Judiciary for five years before joining MSA IP law office in 2015. As an Attorney at Law, her practice focuses on protection and enforcement of trademarks and other IP rights in region of Southeast Europe.

Willem heads the IP department at Ploum. He focuses on soft IP and advertising & marketing law. He regularly coordinates pan-European trade mark enforcement and pan-European marketing projects. He is a domain name panelist with WIPO and the Czech Arbitration Court, a WIPO Legal Rights Expert and Chariman of the board of the Professional Education for Benelux trade mark attorneys. He co-founded the Netherlands Advertising Law Association and made an honary member in 2016. Willem is a member of the Executive Committee of MARQUES, in which he has a specific responsibility for internal relations, operations, programming, organizing conferences and events and combatting trade mark scams.

Tanya is partner in charge of the IP department of the Danish law firm Elmann. She is specialized in protection and enforcement of trademarks, designs and domain names. She is experienced in prosecution and litigation and has extensive experience with the legal aspects of digital marketing and protection and enforcement of rights in digital media. Tanya is an active member of INTA, Marques and ECTA and gives annual lectures on current trademark practice in co-operation with the Danish PTO.

Dr Claudia Pappas graduated in law from University of Freiburg, Germany, wrote her thesis at the Max Planck Institute in Freiburg and spent her legal clerkship in Berlin. She was a partner with the IP law firm of Weber & Sauberschwarz in Düsseldorf from 1997 since 2015. She joined ThyssenKrupp in 2016 and is heading the Trademark Department. She is specialized in Intellectual Property Law.

Donald is the co-founding partner of Wild Schnyder AG and active in the IP business for more than 25 years. He is advising individuals and legal entities in multinational and Swiss IP questions and represents them in arbitral and civil courts as well as in administrative proceedings in regard to trademarks, domain names, copyrights, data protection, unfair competition and designs. Donald also has vast experience in drafting license and distribution agreements.
Stephen Stolfi has worked in the trademark industry for over 30 years and is the President of Corsearch Trademark Solutions. Stephen has been a member of a number of INTA committees and has guest lectured at various U.S. Law schools and has spoken at CITMA and FICPII on trademark protection and clearance strategies. He has also had articles published in Managing Intellectual Property magazine and has been quoted in publications such as World Trademark Review, CNET, Inc. and Inc. magazine.

Virginia is a partner in the IP group of Kilpatrick Stockton who specialises in all areas of trade mark practice. She was elected to the Council of MARQUES in September 2003. During the past year, she has worked on recruiting verifiers from various countries for the text of the MARQUES database of national laws related to geographical indications in Europe. She also is active in INTA where she served on the Board of Directors, chaired the Publications Committee and now serves on the Information Resources Committee.
